Complaints
We are committed to providing the highest standard of care, but we recognise that there may be occasions when we fall short of the standard you expect.
If you are unhappy with any service or with any member of the practice team and would like to complain:
- First talk the problem through with the Practice Manager Sarah Panter or Senior Receptionist Tracy MacDonald
- Alternatively put your concerns in writing to us so that we can investigate and write to you to resolve your concern.
- Should you prefer to submit your complaint in writing, this can be sent via email to cossingtonparksurgery.noreply@nhs.net or handed in to reception.
- Please note that where a complaint is made on behalf of another individual, we will require their consent before the matter can be discussed.
- Should you be unable to submit your complaint by email/writing, our reception team will be pleased to assist you in recording it in an alternative format, or in overcoming any language barrier. For further information, a copy of our complaints process is available on request at reception.
